A Project Based Voucher Waiting List will be opening on August 2, 2021, by The Housing Authority of Contra Costa for a property in Richmond. The waiting list will be open for seniors age 62 and older. Units available will be from studio to four bedrooms at The Terraces Senior Apartments located at 2100 Nevin Avenue in Richmond, CA.
