The Contra Costa County Housing Authority is opening the Project-Based Voucher (PBV) waiting list for housing online. The list will be open from:
- Monday, February 10, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. through Thursday, February 13, 2020 at 4:00 p.m.
This opportunity is only for pre-applications for the properties listed below. This is NOT for the Housing Choice Voucher waiting list.
How to apply
All pre-applications must be submitted online at: www.contracostahousing.org Pre-applications are available in multiple languages. If you need a reasonable accommodation, call 925-957-7081.
Incomplete pre-applications or partially completed pre-applications will not be accepted. Pre-applications received after the 4:00 p.m. on February 13, 2020 will not be accepted.
Additional information
Eligible families will be referred to units subsidized with Section 8 Project-Based Vouches from the Housing Authority of Contra Costa in partnership with non-profit housing owners. The housing assistance is only available at the designated properties for families meeting the property restrictions. After twelve months of residency, families will be eligible for a Housing Choice Voucher, subject to availability.
